Last updated 30 October 2026

AccessiblePress has no accounts and no customer database. The only thing we keep about you ourselves is any email you send us.

What we collect

Downloading a kit or the checklist collects nothing: no form, no email address, and no record of who downloaded what.

If you ask for an email when the Website Redesign Field Guide launches, we send the email address you type to Kit, our newsletter provider, and nothing else. Kit emails you to confirm it, and every email after that has an unsubscribe link.

Who else is involved

  • Kit, which keeps the course mailing list and sends its emails
  • Vercel, which hosts this website
  • Hover, which hosts our email inbox, so messages you send us are stored there

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies. Vercel collects anonymous page-view counts, without cookies and without identifying you. There is no advertising and no other third-party script.

Vercel keeps ordinary server logs, which include IP addresses, for a short period for operational and security purposes. We don’t use them to profile anyone.

How long things are kept

Emails you send us stay in our inbox until we delete them; ask and we’ll delete yours. Your address stays on the course mailing list until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it. If you bought a kit before 30 October 2026, when the kits became free, Stripe and its reseller Link keep that payment record under their own retention policies, as payment processors are legally required to.

Questions and removal

Write to hello@accessiblepress.com. If you want your messages deleted from our inbox, or your address removed from Kit, say so and we’ll do it.
